Larry (Junkman) Anderson

Larry (Junkman) Anderson was honored with a round of applause at the Christmas Party. Junkman built his trike in 1978. He and his trike are known all over the world. In August at Trike Week 2005 he was awarded a plaque for being one of the first people to join the BTW. He read about the BTW in the Easyrider Magazine. He is the 5th or 6th person to join. He still rides his original trike he built in 78. Not many changes to the old trike over the years. He replaces old toys and whatnot as things fall off or as he finds new toys and things.

Orville in 1958 in California
The life style of California was too fast so I moved back to Nebraska. I had several odd jobs. Then in 1959, I met Virginia in West Point, Nebr. In the winter of 1959 I started working for Cumings County Public Power Dist., till 1980 as a lineman. We then moved to Seward Nebr. Where I was Operations Superintendent until my retirement in March of 2003.
In 1980 I also bought a Goldwing, after having several smaller motorcycles. In 1996 we started out homemade built trike which we named Gericho Road upon its completion in 1997. As a member of Christians Motorcycle Ass. We met Richard and Sally Vater, Richard invited us to a BTW meeting, our 1st with BTW. Richard and other members helped with changes and improvements on our trike, in 2002. We also have a Gold Wing Motor trike.
We moved 2 years ago to Kenesaw to be near our daughter.
KENNY AND DONNA GIDDINGS
Hi!
We ride a 1990 Electra Glide Harley Davison Trike. The kit was put on in 1997. We bought it one year up in Sturgis. It was a bright yellow, but we had it painted a pearl red. Kennie works at Friskies in Crete, and I do day-care and also clean apartments 2 evenings a week. We have one daughter, Cherie and two granddaughters, Chelsea and Chloe. They live in Denver. We have lived in Crete for 26 years. We will be married 27 years in July.
We joined BTW in 1997. We first learned about the organization one year in Sturgis. Some members met up with us at a service station and we followed them out to the Strawberry Patch Campground. We joined that day.
We don’t always get to the meetings because Kennie works a lot of Saturdays. I now go with my brother Butch and his wife Connie. My niece Shelly and I have been going with them. We have enjoyed meeting new people.
Butch, Connie, Kenny and I go out riding together quite often. We really have fun when we are out. We have ridden together two years now in Sturgis. We have gone to Sturgis the last 13 years. Butch and Connie ride the trike we used to own.
Everyone ride free on three and ride safe.
Mark Stamp

Mark Stamp built this trike himself. It is a Chevy F.I 4.3 liter. Mark, Becky, and family live in Bradshaw Nebraska. Thanks for the picture. Looks great! Ride free on three!
Butch and Connie Maas
Butch and I live in Wilber. I was born and raised in Wilber, Butch was raised in a nearby town called Tobias. We moved back to Wilber in 1988, after spending 19 years living in Lexington. We wanted to raise the children in a smaller community.
Butch and have been married for 35 years and have been blessed with three children and five grandchildren. Justin our oldest lives in Lincoln with his family. Melissa, Corbin and Jaxon are Justin's and Amber's children. Matthew is our second son. Matthew lives in Wilber. Matt has two children, Mackinzi and Nicholas. Our daughter Michelle is living at home and going to college.
Butch and I bought our trike five years ago and have really enjoyed being part of the BTW family. We have meet so many people from so many states and enjoy their friendship and interests in triking.
Matthew has been our chief mechanic on the trike. He and Butch restored the trike 2 years ago. Butch has named the trike "Spirit". Spirit is a Volkswagen Trike.
Kay Collins

Mike has re-done Kay's Trike.
They also recently changed the dual ICT carb to a weber progressive. The fiberglass body is new, so all the work that went into re-wiring etc. The one thing I still want is a springer front end that is stretched out longer than the front end I have now. Looks great!
